STATUTES OF THE SYNPOLITAN ITEE FOUNDATION

INTERNATIONAL SENATE OF CULTURES

I  Object

The Synpolitan ITEE Foundation (RegNr. S-7038 Willemstad | Curacao) was founded to expand and to deepen international cooperation and interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of philosophy and diplomacy, humanities, and arts/aesthetics. This is undertaken on the basis of independence, free self-determination, and humanistic responsibility. To achieve this goal and purpose in a deeper way, instead of founding an advisory board or a board of trustees, a senate – the 'Senate of Cultures' – was established. As a non-legislative body and as an international non-profit, non-governmental organization (INGO), this organization connects and coordinates networks and alliances, as well as synergetic projects, within the framework of global and, in particular, noumenal cultural work. These statutes primarily regulate the organization and structure, as well as the task and purpose of the 'Senate of Cultures' as the foundation's primary and central task in addition to direct humanitarian projects.

II  Organization and Structure

The organs of the 'International Senate of Cultures' are the Presidium and the Senate. The Presidium consists of the founding president and the (Honorary) president to be appointed. The Senate consists of hundred independent members worldwide. Appointments to (Honorary) Senators are based on thematic affiliation and suitability, as well as cultural and regional origin. Senators do not act as direct representatives of their respective full-time positions. A Secretary General may be appointed to coordinate the various functions and permanent liaisons.

Senators participate in the internal dialogue and decision-making process as part of the Senate's decision-making process, steer the thematic positioning of the entire organization, and anticipate / facilitate horizontal and vertical societal communication and future leadership. Furthermore the Senators advice societal stakeholders and moderate / mediate societal developments, especially in questions of future cultural convergence.

The commitment of each senator is based on her/his individual, free consciousness and is committed to universal principles of thought. Senators can also coordinate and develop substantive positions with a majority, provided that dissenting and minority positions are adequately represented. The 'International Senate of Cultures' does not constitute a resonant space for supremacists of any kind. Statements made in the name of the 'Senate of Cultures' may only be attributed to the Senate if they have been coordinated with the Presidium and are duly authorized (via email).

To strengthen and support their societal interactions both immaterially and materially, Senators can each engage up to three individuals – so-called 'Ambassadors of the 'International Senate of Cultures' – to collaborate. The Ambassadors facilitate the topic management and communication of relevant stakeholders, project and funding groups, networks, and alliances, coordinated by the respective Senator.

Topics and project developments as well as dialogue processes are mapped and conducted online. The status of discussions and (intermediate) results are documented and appropriately published publicly at regular intervals. The primary aim of this is to develop and establish appropriate resonance and learning processes as a kind of constant balancing process for even the most diverse discourses.

III  Task and Purpose

The central task of the 'International Senate of Cultures' is to accompany human-societal transition and universal transformation processes of aesthetic-cultural and noumenal-normative consciousness and to facilitate evolutionary self-empowerment. To this end, individuals, groups, and networks are brought together for the interdisciplinaryly reconnecting functionality of the 'Senate of Cultures' and are convergently and synthetically allianced for sustainable collaboration. Individual and societal evolutionary development processes of human-cultural consciousness are balanced vertically and horizontally and understood as a constitutive part of a universal transactional and equilibrating space of free will.

Conferences and exchange platforms are organized within various frameworks – mainly online – to formulate a multifaceted, universal, and interdisciplinary model generation of human-cultural, evolutionary future design. The focus here is primarily on aesthetic and noumenal cognition, as well as normative process facilitation and equilibration. The resulting thematic approaches and mind-foundations should be guided by these principles of the 'Senate of Cultures' – summarized as follows:

A  World Art and Mind: "Enliving spirit, spiritualizing life!" - Noumenal-cultural and cognitive-aesthetic elevation of cultural consciousness and free will from reconnection with the Self: horizontal and vertical balancing of inner and outer transactional spaces,

B  World Human: "From Homo Sapiens to Homo Genesis!" - Transition and paradigm shift to facilitate the future development of civilization, determination, and mastery from human, universal consciousness: basic processes of a cultural evolution of the human world,

C  World Order: "... in a universal space of free will...!" - convergent and synergistic cooperations and alliances of post-/ transnational social worlds for the determination of 'International Relations' as a free resonance space of spirit and inner peace: cultural evolution as peace force.

IV  Organizational Culture and Function

The 'Internationall Senate of Cultures' is an interdisciplinary, multilateral cultural and diplomatic network of natural and legal persons and entities for ongoing dialogic identification, definition, and development processes to support globally relevant transition and transformation. The universal law of thought is the central criterion for open collaboration and systematic syndication. The self-determination of the entire organization, in the sense of "freedom and bond/commitment," is not to be limited by specific interest groups and is not subject to any agreements of this kind.

In constructive and convergent process coordination, the 'International Senate of Cultures' sees itself as a inspirer and stimulator of the following functions: platform and network enabler, synergistic, creative, and interdisciplinary think tank, moderator in the formation of societal future visions, transition and transformation facilitator, transaction regimes creator...

Accordingly, the working methods of the 'International Senate of Cultures' are bound by the usual rules of conduct: cooperative and fair interaction due to skills, care, diligence, competence, honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility. Differences in potential interests must be appropriately considered; in the event of identified conflicts, these must be promptly transformed into solutions that satisfy all parties, in accordance with human reason and general principles of thought, particularly in the spirit of this organization.

V  Budgeting

The 'International Senate of Cultures' covers its expenses and activities through donations and a fee for appointment to the Senate. The fee is $ 15.000 - 25,000 per year and can also be covered by an equivalent donation.

VI  Amendments etc.

These statutes are generally valid and may be amended, extended, or adapted by the Presidium at any time. The Senators will be informed immediately.
