As the basis for regional and transnational peacebuilding, J M Heynen's engagement lies primarily in the areas of individual and societal freedoms and processes of justice. His work and projects therefore consistently fuse culture, philosophy, law, diplomacy and international relations to substantially enhance civilizational and especially noumenal crisis and future transformation. The most essential foundation of his passionate development and driving force is shaped by Kant's 'Kingdom of Ends' as a central idea and determination of human development and systemic, transnational collaboration.

J M Heynen, born 1958 in Germany, after education and high school graduation in 1977, finished, in 1982, his university studies in International Relations, International Public Law and Political Philosophy (Frankfurt M., Heidelberg, Washington D. C.).

J M Heynen is an international political advisor, entrepreneur, writer and speaker. He initiated and led different international projects and brain trusts in the fields of preventive conciliation, transnational systemic governance, societal diplomacy, media and advocacy, and is a member of various advisory and supervisory boards of international organizations. In addition, he also was politically engaged in European Foreign Policy.

J M Heynen is founding president of 1. the NOMOI INSTITUTE for Noumenal Polity & Normative Regimes in International Relations and 2. the METAPOLITEA INTERNATIONAL SENATE of World Polity for Noumenal Empowerment & World Order Transformation.

After J M Heynen's domiciliations in Frankfurt M. and Brussels, he now resides in Willemstad, Curacao.
